As the Founder and Principal of I.Z.X. Financial & Insurance Solutions, headquartered in San Diego, Trevor has been working with business owners, executives, and families to provide highly-customized personal, business and estate planning services that are in alignment with his clients’ goals and values since 2014.

Trevor holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of San Diego and a Master's Degree from San Diego State University. He is also a graduate of New York Life's well-regarded training program, NYLIC University, and has been named to New York Life's Council for 10 consecutive years. As a Financial Adviser offering investment advisory services through Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser, Trevor is committed to delivering the highest level of personalized service to his clients.

As a proud resident of the San Diego community for 35 years, Trevor has a vested interest in seeing his friends and neighbors succeed as well as giving back to the community he loves. Kelcee Marcum is an integral part of the I.Z.X. Financial team. As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager she brings a passion for providing exceptional customer service a deep understanding of the how of customer satisfaction is the foundation of all that we do.

Kelcee takes pride in providing a high-level of support to the financial advisor, ensuring that their day-to-day activities run smoothly. Her vast experience in organization, communication, and time management are instrumental in coordinating schedules, managing calendars, arranging meetings, and facilitating communication with clients.

In addition to her exceptional administrative skills, Kelcee possess excellent interpersonal skills that enable her to interact effectively with clients and colleagues alike. Kelcee is the proud mother of two young adults and enjoys spending time wit each of them as well as her two dogs.
